What we are looking for:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Team Manager for the Block Freezing Department. As a Team Manager you will do daily operations of a designated production line/ team within the Production Area.

Key responsibilities as a Team Manager will be to:
- To manage the day to operation of the block freezing process on site.
- Manage the rework process of the bi product created on site through a mincing operation before freezing into blocks
- Minimise all product downgrades to a minimum
- People - Team Management for Area employees
- Ensuring all rework is completed as to spec and in the required timescales
- Minimise all product downgrades to a minimum

Required experience/expertise to succeed as a Team Manager will include:
- Previous management in food production experience
- Interpret data (Screen display)
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to be flexible.
