Graduate Programme Open
Our two year development programme has been designed with your career in mind. This opportunity is designed for those who want to be the next generation of leaders at Hilton Foods.
To ensure that we develop people with diverse business knowledge and who understand how different elements of business interact with each other and play a part in delivery, we have developed this Business Leader Graduate role. During this programme you will complete four, six month, rotations in key business functions that include:
Where you will be working
To maximise your exposure to the workings of Hilton Foods your rotations will be based out of our different sites and businesses across the UK, including Huntingdon, Derby and Grimsby.
Hilton Foods UK ~ Huntingdon
Highly automated beef, lamb, mince, burger and meatball retail packing facility. We also create and manufacture slow cooked meat products and ready to cook meal centres.
Hilton Foods Solutions ~ Huntingdon
Procurement and supply experts sourcing from around the world with many of our alliance supply partners. Integrated within the group, we also have access to ten European processing sites and three APAC sites.
Hilton Foods Seachill ~ Grimsby
Two industry leading seafood facilities processing and packing salmon, white fish, breaded, battered, fishcakes, and shellfish.
Fairfax Meadow ~ Derby
Market leading catering butcher and dry aging specialist to the foodservice sector, including The Ivy Group, Mitchells and Butler, Miller and Carter and Carnival Cruises.

Frequently Asked Questions
To apply for our Graduate programme you need to have achieved, or be predicted, a 2:2 degree. This can be from any university.
Some roles may have specific degree disciplines, please see specific roles for further information.
Prior to your assessment centre, or interview, you will asked to provide a copy of your previous transcript to show you are on track to achieve a 2:2 degree.
To remain fair and consistent we will review each situation individually. If there are extenuating circumstances then this will need to be validated in the form of an official letter from your University or a medical practitioner.
Yes, you can still apply. In advance of your assessment centre/interview we will need to verify your qualification via the NARIC/ENIC tool. To do this we will need a copy of your qualifications and specific information. Provided your qualification meets the minimum UK requirements then your application will be progressed.
These will vary depending on the role you are applying for and will be visible on the individual role information pages.
Yes, we welcome applications form anyone who meets the entry criteria and all applicants will be assessed equally.

We have kept the process nice and simple for you, all you need to do is upload your updated CV to our portal and answer a few pre employment questions. There are no further steps to the application process.
You should get an automated email confirming your application has been submitted. Following the closing date of the role you have applied for you will hear from us via email within three weeks of the closing date.
Depending on which role you have applied for there will be different processes.
If you have applied for the Business Leader role there are three stages, below, if successful at stage you will progress to the next. If you are successful at the third stage you will receive an offer.

Yes, if you are unsuccessful following an interview or attendance to an Assessment centre you can request verbal feedback.
