The Board has proposed a final dividend payment of 23.0 pence per share, amounting to approximately £20.6m which, subject to AGM approval, will be payable on 28 June 2024 to shareholders who are on the register at 31 May 2024.
The Directors have approved the payment of an interim dividend of 9.0 pence per share, amounting to approximately £8.1m, which will be payable on 1 December 2023, to shareholders on the register at close of business on 3 November 2023.
