Our history
A food story that’s still being written
We were founded by entrepreneurs, way back when that word was rare. The families at the root of our history operated primary processing slaughter and deboning facilities dating back to the 1960s. And today we have 24 facilities – and increasing – with a turnover of just over £3.8bn.
